Mating Season, that are Spo (Vocals, Rhythm Guitar), Sebi (Lead Guitar, Back Vocals), Philipp (Bass) and Matti (Drums, Back Vocals). The boys from Munich and Vienna describe their music as “fresh, young and sexy.” They mix Rock & Pop with Ballades and Metal. Their lyrics are mostly in english. They are easy to understand but complex. On their first CD ”Rotation” we want to recommend the song “Project Mankind” . In this song Mating season asks an unnamed person whether the “Project mankind” has failed. Who the unnamed person is or whether the project has failed is up to the interpreation of the listnener. Very clever the band gives ideas to think about.
